Microcenter upgrade recommendations

Hey everyone, My wife and I are going to Miami soon, and since PC parts are way cheaper than in my country, we're planning to upgrade both of our PCs. We're only upgrading the CPU, MOBO, and RAM. We'll keep our current GPUs for now and upgrade those later. Our budget is around $1,000–1,200 for both upgrades. My PC Ryzen 5 3600 RX 6750 XT 16GB DDR4-3000 I mostly play AAA games at 1080p and want something that'll last me 4–5 years. My wife's PC Ryzen 3 3300X RTX 2060 16GB DDR4 She mostly plays lighter games like The Sims, Stardew Valley, indie games, and co-op games, so she doesn't need anything super powerful. Right now I'm thinking about getting: Ryzen 5 7500X3D bundle (~$400) for her Intel Core Ultra 7 250K Plus bundle (~$600) for me That would keep us right around our budget, but I'm wondering if there's a better combination. Maybe spending more on an X3D chip for my PC, or going AM5 for both? What would you do with a $1,000–1,200 budget? Any Micro Center bundles that you think are a better value? Thanks!
