COD BO7 ranked MP game keeps crashing - could it be an issue with my PC? please help!

Hi, I recently started played the latest season of BO7 ranked and my game keeps crashing - it usually (but not exclusively) crashes at the beginning of a game right before the ranked game starts. I play on battlenet/PC and my game has rarely crashed before this new season. I recently updated my BIOs to the latest version from ASUS (although I'm not sure if I set up my BIOs correctly when I updated them) and have the latest Nvidia game ready driver installed. I have no idea what the issue is. My other PC friends haven't had their game crash as frequently as me. It's gotten to the point here I'm losing 200SR and have a 2 hour suspension every time my game crashes. Has anyone else been having the same issue? Is it the COD servers, my PC or something else? Please help I just want to play ranked with my friends 😭
