Looking for In-App Ad Skipping Solution

A lot of mobile games have ads you can optionally watch to claim rewards. Is there a way to automate the ad skip action (like pressing the x or skip button for you) Or even better, skip watching the ads entirely and immediately get to the reward? (I use an adblocker but it just removes access to the ad rewards. So I use whitelist for apps I want to allow ads on.) I have paid to remove ads for games I enjoy but usually it only removes "unwanted" ads that are forced on you, not the optional ones you voluntarily watch for rewards.
