Casement window question
We have Anderson casement windows in our house, and we need to make 1 of them automated since we can't reach the crank. Has anyone done this or have heard of people doing this?

We did this with several Andersen Roof Windows (I think Velux manufactured skylights for Andersen back in the day) on an addition job long ago, using Andersen-branded product. Everything went fine iirc. Truth is probably the hardware system source.
Thats what I need but it looks like they no longer sell it and im sure its crazy expensive
Arduino micro controller, high torque stepper motor, a 3d printer, a cad program of your choice, and a lot of trial and error and you’ll be in business.
